Statement of Impact

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in the Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (JMR).

The mission of the Journal of Multidisciplinary Research is to promote excellence by providing a venue for academics, students, and practitioners to publish current and significant empirical and conceptual research in the arts; business; humanities; applied, natural, and social sciences; and other areas that tests, extends, or builds theory, and makes worthy contribution to society. The JMR seeks to publish authors who strive to produce original, insightful, interesting, important, and theoretically solid research. Demonstration of a significant “value-added” contribution to a field’s understanding of an issue or topic is crucial to acceptance for publication.

As a result of successful branding and publishing strategies, the Journal of Multidisciplinary Research has been able to create a long-lasting impact in multidisciplinary research. The JMR is a double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal. The JMR seeks to provide impact information in several ways:

  • It is indexed and licensed by top academic search engines.
  • It features articles by professors and researchers from top 100 global universities.
  • It includes important and timely sections such as book reviews, reflections, a student corner, and interviews with leaders, thinkers, and business figures.

To date, the Journal of Multidisciplinary Research has been very successful in producing impactful scholarly research output.

  • It has published notable research from more than 120 universities and 32 countries from around the world.
  • For more than a decade, researchers from top global universities to small liberal arts colleges have published taught-provoking research and helped make the JMR a venue for current and significant research.

In fact, the story of the development of the JMR itself has been the subject of scholarly research.

When it comes to the JMR, we can all relate to what Henrietta Lacks once said: “A teacher has a kind of immortality because he or she never knows when his or her influence stops radiating.” Our aim at the Journal of Multidisciplinary Research is to influence society positively, advance knowledge, and help create a better world.
