Call for Book Reviews

Aims & Scope

The Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (JMR) provides a venue for academics, and practitioners to publish current and significant research as well as other publication activities, such as book reviews. The JMR is currently accepting book reviews of popular, trendy, non-fiction books published recently.

Criteria for Publication

Reviewers should submit their resume and areas of expertise or their completed book review to the Editor, Hagai Gringarten, at hgringarten@stu.edu. The book review should be original, insightful, and interesting. Reviewers should write the book review as simply and concisely as possible, without sacrificing meaningfulness or clarity of exposition. Book reviews should be about 750 words (using one-inch margins and Times New Roman 12-point font). Further, book reviews should include a detailed synopsis and evaluation of the book, including the Reviewer’s opinion as to whether or not he/she recommends the book and why. A book review template will be provided upon request.

To submit a book review for consideration

Follow these steps: (1) Format the book review in Microsoft Word. (2) Follow the JMR book review format. (3) Email the submission to the JMR Book Reviews Editor at hgringarten@stu.edu.
